Allgemeine Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp)

Wir arbeiten ausschließlich auf Grundlage der Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp), jeweils neueste Fassung. Diese beschränken in Ziffer 23 ADSp die gesetzliche Haftung für Güterschäden nach § 431 HGB für Schäden in speditionellem Gewahrsam auf 5 EUR/kg; bei multimodalen Transporten unter Einschluss einer Seebeförderung auf 2 SZR/kg sowie darüber hinaus je Schadensfall bzw. -ereignis auf 1 Mio. EUR bzw. 2 Mio. EUR oder 2 SZR/kg, je nach dem, welcher Betrag höher ist.

Ziffer 27 ADSp gilt nicht als Vereinbarung anderer Haftungshöchstbeträge im Sinne von Art. 25 Montrealer Übereinkommen.

Die Haftungsversicherung gemäß Ziffer 29 ADSp haben wir über RVM in Eningen eingedeckt.

All our business is exclusively transacted subject to the most recent edition of the German Forwarders‘ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp). According to § 23 ADSp, the legal liability for damage to goods as statet in § 431 HGB (German Commercial Code) is limited to 5 EUR/kg whilst in the care of a forwarder; to 2 SDR/kg (Special Drawing Rights) for multimodal transports incl. sea transports; as well as to an additional 1 million EUR or 2 million EUR per damage or event or else 2 SDR/kg depending on which amount is higher.

Paragraph 27 ADSp does not constitute an agreement for alternative maximum liability sums concerning article 25 of the Montreal Agreement.
